Not always i see the reminders quite often, on one of my apps real racing 3, i uncheck use wi-fi and proceed with downloading via the network, if you have a strong network connection you have a good amount of data to were downloading is feasible use it, if you'd rather use wi-fi though proceed with it one thing it can be allot faster.
